Morning

Core activation and mobility

Skill of the Day briefing (focused, practical, stage-race specific)

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Training Ride

Race-pace efforts

Mid-ride stops to session key technical sections

Emphasis on line choice, pacing, and efficiency

Midday

Trail-side lunch break

Optional bonus riding or skills refinement

One-hour lecture and discussion covering:

Pacing, race strategy, and mental preparation

Equipment selection and bike setup

Nutrition and recovery

  Lodging in the Pisgah Barn
